About These Terms

These terms apply to all training, assessment and related services provided by KsafeT. By booking or attending a course, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and Payment

Bookings are confirmed once accepted by KsafeT. Full payment is required at least 7 days before training unless otherwise agreed in writing. Certificates and records may be withheld until all fees are paid.

Course Delivery

KsafeT will provide services with reasonable care and skill and may reschedule training where necessary. Training outcomes depend on participant performance and attendance.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants must meet any prerequisites, follow trainer instructions, behave safely, and comply with workplace health and safety requirements.

Participants must complete all online learning modules in advance of the course. Certificates and records cannot be issued unless course work is completed.

Course Attendance

If you do not attend your scheduled course, your booking will be forfeited and no refund or rescheduling option will be available.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund arrangements are governed by the KsafeT Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, manuals, presentations and resources remain the property of KsafeT and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the KsafeT Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KsafeT’s liability is limited to resupply of services or refund of fees paid. Nothing excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Force Majeure

KsafeT is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
